1. Scope and developer
This policy covers the current version of Pickora and related website and email support. The developer and person responsible for personal information is 姜秉训 (Jiang Bingxun), operating under Toolsmith Studio (器匠工作室). Contact: ytjiangbx@163.com.
2. App data and purposes
Wheel names, options, weights, symbols, colors, favorite states, excluded options, draw results and appearance settings are used to edit wheels, perform draws, show history and provide the widget. Wheels, history and settings are stored in app storage on your device. History holds up to 500 records; new results replace older records beyond this limit. This version requires no account, does not upload this content to a developer server, has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not sell personal information. Inspiration suggestions use local templates and are not sent to online AI services.
3. Main app and home-screen widget
Pickora uses an app group on the same device to provide its own widget with a frequent wheel identifier, name, available options, symbols, colors and latest result. It prefers a favorite wheel, otherwise the first wheel. Widget buttons open the main app, which performs the draw or resets options. Content may appear on your home screen; avoid entering information you do not want others to see.
4. Retention and deletion
You can delete wheels, individual history records or clear history. Deleting a wheel also deletes its associated history. To protect against data loss, the app retains the previous valid local snapshot. Deleted content may temporarily remain in that recovery copy until a later valid save replaces it. Widget data is replaced when updated; iOS controls actual refresh timing. To remove complete local app data, use iOS Delete App; Offload App may retain documents and data. System device backups may include app data depending on your settings and must be managed separately in the relevant system service. The developer cannot remotely access, restore or delete your device records.
5. System features and protection
This version does not directly request camera, microphone, location or contacts access and does not scan your photo library. Wheel sounds play locally and do not require recording permission. Use a device passcode to protect local data and choose home-screen content carefully.
6. Support emails
When you email us, the developer receives your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide to respond, troubleshoot and handle privacy requests. Emails are processed through the 163 email service. Prefer app and system versions and a necessary problem description. Do not send other people’s names or private content; redact screenshots first. Support emails are retained only while needed to resolve the issue and follow up, then deleted unless retention is legally required. You may email us to request access, correction or deletion of support information held by the developer.
7. Website visits and third-party services
This support website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP address, request time and browser details to deliver, operate and protect the service. This is separate from records stored locally in Pickora. The website does not add advertising trackers, require login or provide a file-upload form. Processing by Cloudflare and the email provider is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
8. Protection and children
Use system protections such as a device passcode and choose home-screen content and system data-retention settings carefully. Pickora does not require age or registration information and does not actively collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email.
9. Policy updates and contact
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date and, where appropriate, notify users of material changes in the app. Any future sync or other services will be described according to their actual behavior. For privacy questions or requests, email ytjiangbx@163.com with a subject such as [Pickora] Privacy request.
