Organize document expiry dates, warranties, vehicle schedules and insurance dates. Scan, organize and set reminders while keeping your records on your device. Requires iOS 17 or later.

On-device recognition

Apple Vision recognizes text on your device and suggests names and dates. Always check against the original document.

Timely reminders

Choose reminders 30, 7 or 1 days before expiry, plus the due date. Notifications are scheduled for 9 a.m. local time.

Local storage

No account is required. This version does not enable iCloud sync; records, images and recognized text stay in the app's local storage.
